BBC weather girl's sunny smile turned to face like thunder

A BBC weather girl's frosty glare was accidentally broadcast live on TV.

Wendy Hurrell's sunny smile changed like the wind following her BBC London forecast on Monday night.

Unaware that the cameras were still rolling, the meteorologist flicked her hair and rolled her eyes with a face like thunder as news anchor Riz Lateef continued with her 10.30pm bulletin.

Hurrell later insisted her reaction had been due to “blimmin technical faults” and nothing to do with her co-star.

Wow, she looks like Penny from The Big Bang Theory. What an upstart. Someone is going to get into trouble.

"Co-star"? They're newsreaders. They're a half-step above bus drivers.
